Ben Dobbs
Director of Distance Cert Ltd. and Training Mentor.
Ben is an independent leadership trainer working internationally. He is also an executive, leadership and academic coach qualified to ILM Level 7 (executive and leadership coaching) and am certified as a Change Management Specialist (CMS), Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) and Corporate Crisis Manager (CCMC).
He works internationally to deliver in-company / in-house courses, he has delivered training courses all over the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman) as well as in Europe (Austria, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Malta, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Poland, UK, Ireland) and other international courses in Russia, China, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.

Michelle Hunter

Michelle has taught business English and delivered tailor-made business skills training courses in companies in Germany since 1999.
For the last 12 years she has also taught in German Hochschulen (Universities of applied science) teaching business English. Most recently she developed and now delivers a communication in business course at a Hochschule in Stuttgart.
Alongside in-service and pre-service business communication teaching and training, Michelle is pursuing a doctorate in applied linguistics. Her focus is on the emotional impact of teaching and studying through a foreign language - namely English! She aims to complete and submit her thesis by October 2023.
